When the time came to focus in on their employer brand, Environment Canterbury (ECAN) chose to work with Fuel Agency.
We first undertook an EVP Research & Development phase, encompassing staff and candidate interviews, focus groups, senior management team and stakeholder consultation, and competitor analysis, and resulting in the articulation of ECAN’s unique Employer Value Proposition.
The distilled EVP became a robust foundation on which we then built ECAN’s new employer brand.
The employer brand was rolled out across all talent touchpoints, including a new website with integrated ATS, induction materials, recruiters’ toolkit, advertising templates, video content and more. We are currently working on ECAN’s online and social recruitment marketing strategy.
