- Home Grown Kids
Home Grown Kids is a New Zealand-owned and operated, home-based educational care provider. After coming under new ownership, Home Grown Kids was keen to re-evaluate its brand and clarify how it comes across to its market. We used our D5 Brand Model to give the current brand a complete makeover ensuring Home Grown Kids’ target audience has a crystal clear idea of who the company is.
Home Grown Kids wanted to create a new brand – one that connected better with their customers and their staff. That meant a complete overhaul of everything, from brand strategy and marketing through to website and signage.
We used our D5 Brand Model to refresh the entire Home Grown Kids brand. We started with qualitative and quantitative research, which informed the brand development and strategy process.
From there, we took care of the lot. From a photoshoot, full website development, launch animation and copywriting, through to a full suite of marketing collateral – including business cards, info booklets, letterheads, magnets, and vehicle signage.
Fun and playfulness were fundamental to bringing the brand’s personality to life, and shone through the brand with bespoke illustrations and animations throughout the website and launch campaign.
Our research stage revealed an important truth about the Home Grown Kids brand; that educators were at the heart of its service. This finding formed the key foundation for all the brand strategy, visuals, and messaging. With a solid strategic base, informed by in-depth research, feedback from Home Grown Kids’ educators, customers, and followers has been overwhelmingly positive.
